Sign Private Contract
Buyer and seller sign a sale contract. Notarization not required for standard vehicles.
Pay Transfer Fees
Pay via e-Paravolo system.
Submit at KEP/Transport
Both parties (or authorized representatives) submit at the office.
Receive New Registration
New registration document issued in buyer's name.
